I've found people from CA to be nice.
People from the north tend to be fast paced and don't think they're being rude when they act like you're a slow poke.
Canadians are supposed to be nice, but I've found them to be some of the rudest people ever.

I lived in CA. "Obnoxiously friendly" is not a term I would use. Okay, one of the words fits. Maybe "Obnoxiously narcissistic" or "Obnoxiously star crossed" would work.Comment
