No hyperbole, but the site that cost between $100 and $600 Million just plain sucks. I'm trying to wrap up as many enrollments into Obamacare as I can before my vacation and I'm getting kicked out because "we're sorry, there is a problem with your data."
Last night the error in the same exact spot was, "we cannot verify this data, please correct it."
The really funny part is when I get redirected from the broker application where I'm filling out forms on behalf of my client but then I'm redirected to a form that has text directing "me" to sign and attest this as the individual applying for coverage. So of course I log out, log back in to the broker portal, search for the application and get to it and then I'm given 404, 500, and once a 502 error.
The structure of the program is starting to work well, but only by people who know the process. The website is still a piece of crap though. The only reason it sucks this bad is because the contractors that built it were micromanaged by government bureaucrats and everyone got paid whether it worked or not.
Yay government!
