Not all news related to the ACA is negative. My neighbor, who has been building his house out of pocket for the last 8 years, has very little reported income. He is 63 and was paying about $800/month for a BC/BS plan that had a sizable $4,000 deductible. He now enrolled on the website and has a BC/BS plan with a $250 deductible and make $60 monthly payments. His annual "reportable" income is less than $30,000.

I don't know. He lives off of savings from refurbishing a couple houses in the very good Anchorage housing market. He's very frugal. I put reportable in quotes, not to suggest he had unreportable income but to say the odd jobs he does for me and others are paid by check or cash and does not add up to much income probably anyway. I'm glad he could be helped by this Obamafail.
