    Jesus Fucking Christ
    "There are four lights!"

  • #2
    Gee, that was informative.
    "Think as I think," said a man,
    "Or you are abominably wicked;
    You are a toad."
    And after I had thought of it,
    I said: "I will, then, be a toad." - Stephen Crane

      Not exactly the best way to start a prayer out as a Christian...
      May we raise children who love the unloved things - the dandelion, the worm, the spiderlings.
      Children who sense the rose needs the thorn and run into rainswept days the same way they turn towards the sun...
      And when they're grown and someone has to speak for those who have no voice,
      may they draw upon that wilder bond, those days of tending tender things and be the one.

        "Jesus, Mary, and Joseph!" - my mom
        The year's at the spring
        And day's at the morn;
        Morning's at seven;
        The hill-side's dew-pearled;
        The lark's on the wing;
        The snail's on the thorn:
        God's in his heaven—
        All's right with the world!

              Grandpa: "Jesus H. Christ"
              Uncle: "Does H stand for Heyzeus?"
              Grandpa: "Don't start with me, you"
              Mom: "You know, Dad, just because your initials are J.C. doesn't mean you have any connection with him"
              Uncle: "Snorts and laughs loudly"
              Grandpa: "The hell with all of you" and exits.

              At least 100 times this replayed whenever we were all together.

                My mom's was "Child of God, what did you do?" I'm not really sure the wording saved her.

                  Can't remember where I first heard this one.

                  "What did he say when you told him that?"

                  He called me everything but a child of God."
                  "Think as I think," said a man,

                          LOL! ISWYDT.
                          It's been ten years since that lonely day I left you
                          In the morning rain, smoking gun in hand
                          Ten lonely years but how my heart, it still remembers
                          Pray for me, momma, I'm a gypsy now

                            I love the open display of this collection coping mechanism. That was beautiful.

                              We watch you do it everyday.
