I thought we had a thread on this guy's coke bust before, but I don't seem to find one now.

Anyway, heard this on the radio this morning, now there are news reports about it.

Florida Congressman Trey Radel is resigning from his House seat Monday, less than a month after returning to Capitol Hill following a stint in rehab, NBC News has confirmed. The freshman Republican, who represents Florida’s 19th Congressional District, pleaded guilty to a cocaine possession charge last year. As part of a plea agreement, Radel admitted to buying $250 worth of cocaine in a Washington neighborhood from an undercover officer in October.

Probably should have done that to begin with, but oh well.
