It's been really bad for about 2 weeks now. The worst part is that about half of my applications haven't been properly received by the insurer so there's no way for those clients to pay for the policies they have selected. I'm waiting a few days since they do have valid quotes and valid certificates from HHS.

This entire system is terrible and there's absolutely no reason it has to be this way except for government worker incompetence.
