Post editing

I just tried to edit a post and was given a "No editing after two minutes without Admin permission. Jeez!! Is that true?

This should now be corrected to the old standard: one hour to edit a thread, five minutes to edit a thread title, five minutes to add a poll, and two minutes before the "last edited on" tag shows up (unless you enter a reason; it will always show up for that regardless of how long it's been since the original post).
