Thanks to the wonderful and talented and extremely dedicated DigitalJedi at vBulletin.org, we now have an easier way to post videos, and a lot more than youtube.
No longer do you need to add the [video] tags to a link (or click on the video button), For videos hosted on the following sites, you need only post the web page URL, and the site will do the rest!
This is also supposed to work with Vevo, facebook, and photobucket, but I haven't figured out the magic trick to make that happen so far. They obviously need something else (the Vevo videos don't have a unique identifier in the page URL, for example, so I'm looking in the wrong place, apparently). One way or the other, this vastly broadens our horizons for what videos can be embedded into posts.
